Remarks
- Each service time at home is at least 4 hours, and overtime will be charged separately

- Additional fare for carers in remote areas
- The cost of three meals for home attendants is an additional 100 yuan/meal
- Special care items are subject to additional price increases, please see the following instructions:
- If the weight exceeds 70 kg, it needs to be displaced +200 yuan/day
- Moderate and severe dementia care +200/day
- Nasogastric tube/gastrostomy feeding +100/day
- Diaper/Urinary catheter/Enterostomy cleaning treatment +200/day

- Make an appointment by phone to understand the condition and needs of the care recipient
- Formulate part B of the “Home Care Plan Recommendations” for individual cases
- Provide service resources that can be applied for or integrated by individual cases
- Assist in bridging communication between those who need care and those who care
Remarks
- The cost of care visits is only for “new customers” to learn about the service on a case-by-case basis. If it is an “old customer”, no fee will be charged
- The time and location of the visit are separately agreed between the health manager and the person or person in need of care
- Care visit fees are paid in cash to the health care practitioner after the visit is completed
